Who we are

Our senior physicians, Dr. Jaroslaw Janicki and Dr. Lennart Knaack, have been active in international sleep medicine research, teaching, and clinical work for more than 30 years.

Dr. Janicki and Dr. Knaack have known each other since their medical studies in Marburg/Lahn, and in 2011, after gathering a wealth of scientific and clinical experience in several, partly international sleep laboratories, realized their dream and established a sleep medicine center together. INTERSOM Cologne combines the highest scientific and technological standards with an extremely patient-friendly atmosphere.
